It delivers an impressive 1200mg of curcumin daily, the principal curcuminoid of the popular Indian spice turmeric, which has been used as a component of Indian Ayurvedic medicine since 1900 BC to treat a wide variety of ailments. Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate (1%), vegetable capsule. Directions: Adults - Take one (1) capsule three (3) times a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
